Eleven Numbers Away
By gedbackland
05 August 2007

Sometimes, always, never, eleven numbers are all that seperate us from where we want to be.

I'm sure we haven’t felt the last fairground swirl

Of  our honeyed stares into each others eyes

But they have just gone

For now

Little boy comfort  smiles in me to know

That out of the very blue

When your name is spoken

And its feathered edge tickles

You are only  ever be eleven numbers away

Day  night

Or dream

Yep, liked this. Mr Thick was at home to start. 11 numbers - but I realised on the second read. (How slow is that?)

Sad end.

For me - the least affecting - but not at all bad.

Mobile number, I assume. If I'm not Mr. Thick, which I may well be.

If it is a mobile number - you wouldn't have much luck calling a dream?

Agree with above - but I also liked this.
