Tiger, Tiger
By audrie
10 August 2007

Hope you won't think I'm talking about humans!!!

Tiger, Tiger, burning bright
In the forest of the night.
Tiger, Tiger, you're so free
Doing what comes naturally.

Tiger, Tiger, sword of flame
Playing all those jungle games,
Claws for scratching, teeth for biting
In the forest, most exciting!

Tiger, Tiger, eyes a'glowing
You know just where you are going,
They say you always walk alone
So how do tiger cubs get born?

Tiger, Tiger, come to me
Moving oh so rhythmically,
Your breath is warm, but heart is cold
You show it in those eyes of gold.

Tiger, Tiger, burning bright
Stay with me for my delight
Stay until the pleasure ceases,
Don't tear me into little pieces.

Tiger, Tiger, dawn is creeping
You will go and leave me weeping,
Light of foot but heart of stone
You go your jungle way...alone!

Cool me with a fan! I think we should have a sequel to this one.
