Raging

At least I know where I'm going,
straight down below mate
to the raging fires of hell,
that old Devil Lucifer
will greet me like an old lost pal,
we will suppe his blood red vodka
( with ice of course, stirred) and laugh
about the pretension and vanity of man.

I'll just settle for the vodka. If there is an afterlife, I'll have had enough 'humanity' by then to want to discuss it. Worm fodder will do for me.

I got a good laugh with this one! I really liked it and thought the closing line was absolutely brilliant and made the poem!
Well written :)
