Written by andybyers (181 comments posted) 11th September 2007 | I had a friend years ago who made very unrealistic demands of his life "by 30", or otherwise, he swore, he would kill himself.
The cancer he was diagnosed with at 24 cured him of that conceit. Unfortunately, nothing ultimately cured him of the cancer. He never saw 30.
