Another haiku. I wonder how many other people in Europe ask themselves similar questions...

They eat potatoes
Whereas we instead eat rice
How Dutch then am I?

Good haiku - and what's the answer then? Double Dutch - is that the correct answer?

Hi Josie,
The answer is I don't know. I'm partly Chinese, but I always lived in the Netherlands, and hardly speak any Chinese (yet), nor have I ever been to Asia.

Big question packed into a small verse. I suppose the answer is :-as Dutch as you want to be. It's your choice regardless of others reactions

It is a big question. Well put too. Has the form of a haiku, but I'm not sure it has the spirit. Not a crit, as I liked it anyway.

For me.

The simple answer, dear Batty...

More Dutch than me.

Thanks BBS, Phil and Oli.
I guess it may have something to do with rediscovering my roots and living in a multicultural society :)
