PS Phil: Are we the only ones sitting in on a Saturday night writing rubbish for entertainment? I read a few months ago, that in Australia they had retested Ribena as a school exercise and found that it contained only a small fraction of the Vitamin C it claimed. But I think it is still a pretty good source of antioxidants - and I thank the comnipotent immigrant pickers, whom we don't appreciate half enough. |
