Written by Bottleblondesurfer (3449 comments posted) 8th October 2007 | Fair comment, I suppose, though it does beg the question what would those people be doing if they weren't wasting their lives in front of the set. Are we losing out on possible Novel prize winners? Proabably not.
If they're doing nothing,then it's working as a subtle form of birth control.There's a good side to everything if you look for it.
Anyway, as Larkin said- Most people lead lives of quiet desperation so who is to deny them a little electronic doping.
Not sure about the Ronald McDonald line.It didn't seem to belong in there.
