caring, sharing uk society, where it seems we cannot look after the sick and dying, dying seems to have become a imposition on the state coffers Russ is forty four and he is dying slowly, the Big C , it's got Russ eating him away inside. he works does Russ twelve hour shifts, twelve hours of pain, I ask him , why?, why? we need the cash he says we need the cash.
