Hey folks. Exams, work and time have been making a fool of me, and so this is my first piece on here in over a week.....sorry to everyone for not commenting on your pieces!

Anyhoo, everything else aside, here is another one, much on the same topic as last time...

For the laughter you gave us,
May that laughter never die in your eyes.
For the hugs that you gave us,
May our bodies forever feel your squeeze.
For the morals that you gave us,
May we follow your righteous path through life.
For the joy that you gave us,
May the smile that touched us live on with us through time.
For the memories that you gave us,
May those memories never fade.

I surely ought to follow in your footsteps James and write a poem for the young, to thank them for the laughter and happiness they injected into my life. I have been a teacher to people of exactly your age and older for much of my life, and I was never happier. So thank you all of you. I also enjoyed the memories that never fade also - just as you do. Hope you've some good teachers.

Your poem does you a lot of credit and long may you feel as you do. Thanks also for all the nice reviews you've given me, and I really had to smile at the last poem in my review. Hilarious.
