The arrogant fly
By punchy
21 January 2008

On a crumbly pie
Sat a arrogant fly
Who believed that he was the best
He bragged to his mate
And called himself great
But his friend he wasn't impressed

His friend rolled his eyes
Then took to the sky's
Leaving his arrogant chum
Who started to sink
And before he could think
Was eaten with custard and plum

Ha Ha - I hope you weren't the one who ate him. (skies)
You have a good rhyme and rhythm here and I am sure children will love this story.

Thanks Josie, I think I shall attempt a few weeks of silly stuff now to make up for the three weeks of drearyness. :grin
