We walk into the wall, you always seem to go right through.
But for me I stay in the darkness alone and waiting.
For you to return to bring me my promise back.
Nights, days pass I cannot keep track of when I last saw the sun.
The forceful debates that leave me stranded and tortured.
Bruises and blood from the ocean beating me with it's words.

Still not getting through the wall waiting to see the moon.
Watching the stars burn out one by one.
One by one the light in my life fall into the cold bare Earth.
I beat the ground, screaming for my life that you have.
I can see you in my mind. I can feel you in my heart.
I can feel you on my chapped lips, my swollen hands.
