University Of Life

A lesson in life, learned every day.

I am a professor at the University of Life,
I stride aloof of my peers when it comes to wisdom.
Life has the ability to educate you more than any theory.
When you're not satisfied with the answers you can query!

People are my books that I read all day,
Gaining the knowledge that doesn't sway.
I have an intuition that's second to none,
That's what makes learning such fun.

Experience is the best method of learning you see,
It works time and again for only me.
My degree is not written on paper or scroll,
Nor is it carved into a totem pole!

My knowledge is not calculated by my wealth,
It was merely accumulated on the job.
I am an academic, clergy, politician, psychologist, doctor, friend,
I will support you to the very end!

You show great confidence in your abilities in this poem.
But I think that maybe I would be scared of you, rather than drawn to you.
