My quick intelligence

It's my 'own eye seeing' incident about my intelligence that was helpful in saving a 5 year old boy.
In Saudi Arabia, where we live there is a Campus in which there are many buildings of flats. Every building has a number. In one of those building, Number 14, we lived.
We had many neighbors and each of our neighbors had his or her own children...
Omar, the five years old boy was also the son of one of our neighbor, who has one sister and brother. They were also are friends like many friends of our neighbor hood...

One evening we all friends were playing in front of our home in 3rd floor. We were total 10 friends, of 5-12 years except for my sister, who went with my mom to market. Boys were playing at one corner and we; the girls were playing at another. Soon when it was getting dark almost before night, some of them went back to their home. Now I, three of my friends and two of the younger boys were left.
We were at another corner when this boy, Omar started sitting on another end of the small wall of the boundary looking down on the cemented floor of ground floor. We have not noticed him, as we were busy playing. Then, one of the younger boys of another floor came who had fought with Omar. When this boy Hamza saw Omar sitting on the small, he came running and pushed Omar from back and Omar fell down on the cemented floor of ground floor. By the time everyone went back to his or her home except me and I also went near my home to knock the door. When I saw the wall, I was horrified to see Omar absent. At once, a thought came to my mind that Omar had fallen down the ground floor. Instead of going towards the wall from where Omar had fallen and to see the condition of him. I ran to his home to inform his family. His mother and father along with two children came running. My father also heard the noise and came to see what has happened. When my father saw the boy lying on the floor fainted, he immediately called the doctor from nearby hospital.
Ambulance arrived in five seconds. Soon Omar's family and my father went down to the ground floor where this boy was lying fainted. I was still on the third floor observing all this. Ambulance men took Omar in hand and put him in the Ambulance. My father and Omar's family also sat in the car and headed for the hospital. By the time my mother and sister came back asking where his family and father were going. I told them all that had happened. We went home and started praying for the life of Omar. And mom called other neighbors to inform about that incident.
My father came back and told us that Omar is alive and out of danger, had certain injuries and still being treated. We were happy to know this and were grateful to God, in whose hand our life and death is. As for Omar’s family they remained in hospital with Omar for two days. The next day they came and we saw Omar full recovered. Neighbors came by then and everyone was happy to see Omar again alive.
As for the boy who pushed Omar was punished by some method. Omar’s family thanked me for informing them in time, without whom the Omar would have died. And Omar was saved by my intelligence.

An interesting read. It must be nice to have saved somebody's life. If I was to try and pick out a problem, it would be "thanked to God" in the second-last paragraph which didn't make sense. But other than that all's well-worded! :)
