the smell of the ocean,

the warmth of the sun on my face,

the smell of ice at a hockey game, the blue of the sky opens to me allowing me to escape my reality,

the gentle touch of my baby's hands,

the comfort my wife gives when I look in her eyes and

the love I feel when she holds me tight.
