Where the Blood Falls
By TurboWolffe
27 March 2008

I got inspiration from a TV show on the discovery channel called A Haunting.  My mom loved it!

Where the Blood Falls

There is a wall

It sits in a house

Where the wood crumbles

Where roams, the mouse.

Where the concrete tumbles

Away from itself

Where the sky thunders

Above the rocky shelf

The wall stands alone

Amid the dreary land

Remaining the only bone

That may still stand

The rain beats it hard

But it still remains

The wind makes it shiver

But it shan’t behave

It ignores the wind

The rain, and time

It stands where it is

Alone with its mind

But on dark nights

When the clouds gather

The wall, it cries

Or bleeds, rather

A hole appears here

And forms there

Suddenly, BLOOD!

It’s no longer bare

The blood runs down

And drips to the floor

Its surface is drowned

Not a wall, anymore

Now it’s the place

The one sided-hall

The darkened place

Where the blood falls.

Then the demons dance

In the moonlit fire

They wordlessly chant

Around the innocent’s pyre

They scream for darkness

They claw at the wall,

But the blood ceases

And to Hell, they fall

The moon gazes down

At the one bare wall

It remains in place

And the blood falls
