This is sort of "future news". I woke up this morning to the news that the Toronto Maple Leafs were out of the playoffs, and I laughed and said 'what's new?' It just kind of rolled into this. :)

October, 2008 — Six days into the 2008-2009 NHL season, the Toronto Maple Leafs are officially out of the playoffs, having been beaten 77-2 by a girls' lacrosse team from Tumbleweeds, Saskatchewan.|

Did the girl's lacrosse team all pile in on the goalkeeper and give him a good puck up the arse??! (my coat is on) I guess this piece means more to a fan... maybe you could have rolled it out a little further. |
