She curled back up into her computer chair and noticed yet another message from her sister. She groaned, it was another meassage begging her to take a look at some writing that her sister had done on a website and won 3rd place for. She weighed up the pros and cons in her mind. If she looked at the work then she would have to be honest with her sister and probably say it was no good, because her sister had deluded herself that she could write. yet if she didn't look at it and give an opinion, then her sister would just keep nagging at her. She clicked on the link. Her sister was used to her voicing her opinions by now!

She found the piece of writing and began to read. Her mouth fell agape and her eyes widened as she read the words on the screen. Her head began to spin and she spiralled back into a world she had tried so hard to escape from. A world full of torture and pain. A world she had pushed so far to the back of her mind she thought it would never be found. In a matter of minutes every instance was remebered and re-lived. Every fear was recalled and renewed. Then she felt the familiar surge rising through her, pushing back the bile from her stomach, racing through her veins and escaping from every pore in her body. Her senses heightened and her muscles tensed as it reach her brain and exploded in a furious ball of rage. The anger that had kept her alive, helped her escape and never allowed her to settle for too long was back. The safe little world she had cocooned hersolf in was ripped to shreds as horror after horror flashed across her mental vision. "You silly cow!!!" She screamed.

After a while she began to shake. from the top of her head to the tips of her toes she shuddered violently as the fear finally overcame the rage. Eventually she managed to regain some control. "You silly cow!!" She whispered.

She looked again at the screen, at the work her sister had begged her to read and give her opinion on. Then she clicked on the review button and left her comments in the only way her sister would understand.

She put it in writing!!!
