There is actually a flower named the Daphne Plant and I have made a poem about this rare plant. We have one in our backgarden smells lovely!!! 
D- Daphne plant that smells so sweet,
A- Always looks good in a rockery neat. P- Petite, pink petals with tinted deep rose-pink, H- Hooray for the "Daphne "O" Dora" it makes you think! N- Neat pointy leaves that shine in the sun, E- Evergreen it stays, when the year is done. P- Passing scents waft by in the breeze, L- Lying in the garden they sway with ease. A- As another day passes it spreads its bloom, N- Now is the time to fragrance your room. T- Time now to say goodbye the Daphne Plant will NEVER NEVER DIE!
