Seraphio, an angel has forever wanted to tell Belle of his secret that could forever break their relations: He had bitten in the Forbidden Fruit, which corrupts even the most pure of men. The story of tragic hearts. It was a fateful day for Seraphio on Valentine's Day as he had broken the rule to keep his and Belle's relations intact -- never bite into the Forbidden Fruit. But alas, he didn't want to -- he was tempted to drink into its nectar. Manipulated. It was like an obsession for him, as he would, without telling Belle, bite his controlled will mindlessly into the nectar. Meanwhile, in the little school Seraphio and Belle attended, sweet nothings were being whispered with giggles between girlfriends and boyfriends. Valentines Day candy hearts, engraved with the cliche message, "Be Mine, Valentine" were being passed between the couples. Seraphio sat amoung the giddy love birds with Belle on his mind, though no butterflies could be found fluttering his heart. With a forlorn sigh he thought, “What is life but a harbinger of the penalties of romance and the glut of eternal torment? It is only there to chain me with its endless confinement of sin. Life makes us suffer from love, as the love we receive may be cruelly lost by heartbreaking secrets. I lament so to realize that even the lost souls may eventually perish from within in. We long for love and being found by someone who will love us in return. However, with or without love we find that the purpose of life solely for love is much too futile. Drastically then, we decide to purge ourselves from this Earth; heartbroken souls, black and growing darker every day.” Seraphio forced a sorrowful sigh, passing up his Valentine's Day Candy Hearts to Belle, which read: Belle, There's something I had to tell you in long time, now. But, now would be too complicated for you. And even if I told you now, you still wouldn't understand.... Within the huge, note-like heart, Seraphio's story of written passions was hidden into the heart. In the deep consuming darkness that he mulled over, details of what he'd tell to Belle would just become more of a clue to what his mostly confusing plight hinted to in the cold and heartless truth. And yet he'd want to keep it from her, but a voice within his darkness beckoned him into writing the heart. Seraphio would just have to keep it bottled up in his corrupted confines. Yet, it was something he'd need to tell her to release the atonement that housed in him so -- a key to break up their relations. This was heart break. "Seraphio ... ?" Belle's trembling voice, soothing and serene, called to him;her sapphire eyesof innocence fixed themselves on him. His heart pulsed. Seraphio looked back at her, a look of forlorn shame directed at her, and almost dark enough to be a glare, and just when he gave her a note throughout all of his tragic thoughts that opposed the loving whispers of the room that said, To bite or not to bite? That is the question, my love. There are some secrets we can keep and some promises we can't break in the chains of vast pure. Either I drink the nectar that had forever poisoned my life or be forced to tell you my secret, with the risk of breaking up ... Seraphio had risen from his seat, leaving the room in silence. The room had fallen prey to dead silence. His glance to Belle and the note were both angry presences in his head, a constant reminder of why he had been tempted by the Forbidden Fruit. It was as if the note was a way to keep himself from Belle -- and his isolation made him snap his No. 2 Pencil's edge, and the angry presences in Seraphio's head had made him angrily contemplate how he would break up with her and a possible cry of agony to be freed of his prison of corruption. He eyed down at the tree of The Forbidden Fruit which was planted just feet away from the school and showed two black fruits: One which had ripened earlier before and dropped, and the second, which he had bitten from earlier before. Before going out the school's entrance, Seraphio slammed the door behind him, walking outside slowly, bringing Belle's attention. Yet, he had to resort to one thing and one thing only to release the tension in his soul. Heart break. He became withdrawn from Belle's voice and left, pondering on his heart breaking decisions. But how was he to do it? He couldn't risk breaking up with her fragile and feeble heart ---- it would just give out and drench her in heart break. "Hath Cupid's deep spell of romance stop and breaketh upon us on this fine day? What hath made this day gone wrong, the day at once being of gleeful romance, but now spiraling into the endless pits of tragedy?" he thought, with the thought bringing much sorrow to the tall angelic creature. At first Seraphio thought of writing another note of their break-up ---- upon the freshly ripened Forbidden Fruit and just leave, but could not bear to hear Belle's lamentation of Seraphio's absence echoing in his head. He shuddered at the ugly thought. Seraphio then peered upon a rose, which had been corrupted by the Forbidden Fruit's evil, but tantalizing nectar that dripped into the fresh earth --- a probable warning of what appeared to be his final fate from biting into it. And to make matters worse he had to confess to Belle of his secret at the Valentine's Day Dance at school, which started tonight at 7: 30 PM. Later that day...
It was that time of the night ---- the Valentine's Day Dance in which everyone, in tribute to their loving thoughts for their soulmates, would end the dance with a kiss to the lips. But it wasn't the end just yet. Glistening, gossamer banners colored in tickle-me-pink hovered just slightly above a huge chiffon white sign of, HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY outside the school's entrance. And beside the school's entrance, a small, thin being, immense in beauty draped in a shiny baby blue gown that brought out the color in her eyes, and golden curls with a shining red rose that lit up the night was Belle, who was as flawless as pristine waters. "Seraphio ... ?" her serene voice called. "Wherever you are, please come back...." "Belle ..." Seraphio called to her, only to have Belle grasp at his waist. He kissed her, softly pressing his lips upon hers. His voice became as serene as hers and sounding apologetic. "I ... bit into ... the Forbidden Fruit ..." Belle was speechless. Her heart broke into a thousand pieces. Seraphio left her without a word, departing into the night, in much more sadness in him before, though his soul pressure of atonement had lifted off of him. A single tear shed from Seraphio. So endeth this sad story, the two, once strongly bonded in their relationship had fallen prey to the pit of eternal sorrow...
