Waiting, thinking...
By ReflectingGod

My friend Annie committed suicide, I don't know why she did it.
We used to hang out by this creek in my neighborhood and just sit and talk, some days
her death didn't seem real and I would sit by the creek and wait.
I hope my introduction clears up a few things.

I sit here,
I wait and wait,
Why won't you come?

Maybe it was a dream,
A nightmare or a trick,
I saw you there ...

Your face through a veil of hair.

Was it real? Was it true?
But...How could you?
I sit here,

I cry and cry.
Why did you leave?
No dream, no trick.

Red stains,
Triggered pulled,
rigid limbs,

Blank stares,
soft sobs,
muffled wails,

I used to sit there,
I used to wait,
I used to cry,

I used asked my self...

Why?

Dear Reflector.
If you have triggered pulled and blowed your own head off, then you cannot make past tense statements like "I used to... " cause you is deaded.
Unless you is really, truly a reflecting God who is reflecting on shooting himself at the loss of his girlfriend God.
It's all so confusing!

Eric.

Its how she feels about her friends death, and how things remind her of how it was before she died. The username has nothing to do with her poetry, its a song title, a song that inspiredher at the time she was making her account.
