No introduction - just thought I'd try a religious whimsy.
Cheers!

Editors’ Choice
The news rings out
With terrorist threats
The editors rub their hands
But there’s been no threat
Much greater than
The one He brought to Man
When He gave His life
To tell us that
Foregiveness had just begun
The editors’ choice
Was easier than
Any spin that's ever been spun
They took him so
Completely
Offered Him up for sale
And on the cross
They nailed him to
He wept to no avail
Where are we now
I ask you
Where are we now, my Love?
We are somewhere we
Have never been
Look out and look up above.

Could be me being a little dense, but there seems to be no centre or focus - I can't find the POV or the addressee. (Poetic term?) Having said that - there's plenty of interest there. Perhaps you have gone to far in that direction as it's message seemed a bit confused to me and I must second all that Phil said, too I did seem to be said more in sadness than in anger which is reassuring cheers jane
