False Savior
He made me feel alive.
He made the only happiness
Left within me thrive.
He pulled me out of the darkness
And into the light.
For the first time I got up
And left without a fight.
I thought when he changed
His mind I’d be alright.
I went from bleeding and crying,
To loving and trying,
Then right back to nothing at all.
Now it seems there is nothing
Better to do then wait by the phone
And wait for a call
Now when I see his face,
It reminds me of that happy place,
So far from where I belong.
I was so deep in,
I didn’t know where I was.
But now I feel I’m being engulfed
In numbness and pain,
And there is no happiness left to regain.

You say that you are now 15 years of age and this happened a long time ago. There is a law in this country to protect children from this sort of thing, and under the age of 16, sex is unlawful. You can now see why such a law exists. It would be better if you had been concentrating on enjoying your childhood whilst you have it and also concentrating on your schoolwork as you have your future ahead. Whatever did your parents say? I have a daughter and I would have had a great deal to say. | Reply to Josie Written by xo_theloser_ox (16 comments posted) 5th June 2008 | | Did I say anything about sex? My mom knows pretty much everything. I meant more of the "omg i thought i was in love, he broke my heart boo hoo." when now I know way better but then, it felt pretty real to me. And you say you have a daughter? If she is fifteen years old whether its sex, drugs, suicidal, or even something way less of a crisis, there is something you don't know. And something you never will. Parents think they know their kids really well, when really they're just in denial. So even if your kid is young, once she hits her teens remember that. | Reply to Josie Written by xo_theloser_ox (16 comments posted) 5th June 2008 | | Did I say anything about sex?
