Another try at this tye of writing

The leaves of green now turn to brown

And then I watch them flutter down

The birds now gone and left their nests

And flown off now for their summers rest

The trees stripped bare of all their leaves

Majestically free within the breeze

Winter comes at season’s end

And clears away to start again

Mother nature sweet and calm

Let me stay right by your arm

Hold me tight right through this night

And let me see tomorrow’s light.

A cycle of life nature shows

From birth to death its sweet repose

Many things we have to do

Whilst living here with you

Our life is brief upon this land

We cycle through by nature’s hand

Our Spring and Summer Autumn too

Still has the Winter to start anew
