Police forces in the north of England - keen to curb the rising incidencies of kerbcrawling and dogging - are to conduct trials with new state-of-the-art equipment specifically designed to combat the crime.
It is suggested that the "Brotheliser" will enable police officers to quickly ascertain whether in fact suspected offenders have been blowing into a bag.
