I still can't see where punctuation comes into play

I want the confidence to believe

But not what others instruct to me

To be guided and not be lead

Will make me feel alive not dead

I have a mind just like you

I can process information too

Decisions then I can make

So leave me to decide my fate

I will listen and not berate

About the issues that you rate

So please return the favour

And leave me my issues to savour

Sometimes I may be wrong

That does not mean I’ve totally gone

The only way to learn what’s right

Is by listening to others verbal fight

Then a decision I will make

Based on all that you berate

Judgement then is mine alone

And confidence then will grow

Sorry, is this about whether or not you should punctuate?
