I'm all out of film and refuse to go digital.
When mummy needed money
she would bring an uncle home,
but all their talk of love was phoney;
no roads led to Rome.
At night I’d lie beneath the moon
and listen to her weeping,
at night I’d lie beneath the stars
while mummy wept alone.

I enjoyed all four of these but #3 was my favourite. A sad little story. Cheers, Eric. | Written by Talisker (1326 comments posted) 27th June 2008 | Amusing little vignette - enjoyable like most of your postings, Steve. Oli |
