It is amazing what children hear. Making noises can be fun
Dogs and cats are fun to do
Birds that chirp, mice that sqeak
Cows and chickens and horses too
Wheels that creak as they go 'round
Footsteps as they hit the ground
Airplanes flying way up high
Cars that zoom as they go by
Frogs and lions and elephants
Is there a noise made by ants?|

Equally good is the poem by Bonbon, on the next page I think about Silence. (I think that is the name of the poem. Please check). | Written by Josie (2945 comments posted) 30th June 2008 | Did you know that you have written a rap poem? Compare your rhythm to this: Writing poems could be fun So down and write me one. Four strong beats per line, but in couplets of two lines. Poems you can click your fingers to: Now compare: Making noises can be fun - - - This starts off quite right. Children love rap to click to. Please continue this way Also: Cars that zoom as they go by. Excellent. I think you should develop this style. |
