I think this one is fairly self-explanatory.

When I look back at
What I write, I don't see
The words, I see the
Tears I let my pen leak onto the page.

I don't recognise this rhyme,
I don't remember this image
In my mind. I haven't felt
This emotion before, the one I expressed
So vividly, so painfully clearly, right here.

This is not mine.
This is my hand's work
My pen's pain that
I forgot to wipe away.

I refuse to accept this.

:grin Don't let it upset you!! 8)
There are times - quite a few of them recently, in fact! - when I seem to be an auto-writing (non-thinking) extension of my keyboard/pen/other WMD and the story/poem/song lyric/melody seems to literally write itself while I sit there and watch it happen!

There's a lot o emotion in this short stanza, beautifully expressed: but don't let it depress you!
