Blasphemous Limerick
By NathanRoberts
11 July 2008

Katanga was trying to write a limerick that included the word Bethlehem.  I don't think he's done it yet, but apologies if this is old hat.  It may be  metrically incorrect, amongst other things.  Forgive me.

On passage to Bethlehem
I started to blasphem
before i reached 'e'
the lightning struck me
God, I'd love my beard back again!

Sorry, Rob, I missed this a few days ago, and have just found it.

Hilarious!

'deathly hem' was the only rhyme I could come up with, but couldn't decide what on earth one was, so abandoned the attempt!

I'd forgotten telling you about the beard - I have it in an envelope and may try to auction it for charity at our summer fair. But then again I may not Ha!

Cheers!

John
