A Spiny Thistle
By Katanga
25 July 2008

A jollininess inspired by Veronica, and by my obsession with my nether regions . . .

Oh, and also by the Dylan song 'Corrina Corrina':

"I got a bird that whistles
I got a bird that sings
But if I ain't got Corrina - Ooooooooooh
I ain't got anything!"

Who needs so-called poetry, eh?

Only kidding! (not?)

Cheers!

John X

A Thistle

One day I sat on a thistle. Oh!

It caused my arse to whistle so,

that word soon spread throughout the farms,

the village folk cried a call to arms,

“Next time sit on some mistletoe!”

I knew it wouldn't be long! So funny, I'm glad it was a thistle you sat on rather than something more unsavoury. Clue: contents of a cows backside! haha
