It is hanging quite clearly southwest
So to place both ones hands
On my mammary glands
Then a jugglers hold I suggest

Funnily enough, my sister-in-law has a third nipple.
Oh, and a friend at school had only one ball (like Hitler?). We used to call him 'Cocles' (sp?) - the one-eyed giant of some mythology or other.
