Turn my back, and whoops, look out. I never know what you lot will get up to - keep it to yourself madam - I said get up to ...

Your limericks stretch my vocab’lary
You write of fat asses and burg’lary.
They’re most unromantic
and drive me so frantic
I’ll have to step in as constab’lary.

What a kind way to issue a gentle rebuke! 
 
Yes, I think we should cool it - the occasional bit of smut is fine, but it is inconsiderate towards those who are wanting to post serious work, only to have their pieces swamped by a wheelbarrow load of puerile rudeness. 
 
No offence to Paula, or the other 'rude posters'. 
 
I apologise to anyone concerned for my part in getting too carried away yesterday. 
 
It was good fun though, I must say!
