Childhood

I poem about two childhood friends, the boy is in love with the girl but sadly dies  and this poem is his words to her from the after life.

I don't think you hear me anymore girl
It’s been a while I know.

There was a girl I once called my own,
I loved her heart and I loved her soul
But I don’t know why she had to leave me

Standing alone.

When I met you I thought I'd found her again girl,
But time showed me I was wrong,
I lied in bed thinking about you
before I vanished from your side,
I know  it was hard for ya babe

I was too young to die and
I never got the chance to tell you how I, felt inside.

God gave the chance to live with him by my side.
And to return to your arms in time
Then I thought how you wasted our precious time
So I looked at god and made up ma mind.
I said nah babe it's alright.
