Painting on the wall (admire from a far)

Yes, mister Gray as in Dorian Gray

Poor Mister gray
He stares at me from the wall
His handsome face in a grim smile

Forever young
Forever frozen in place
Just layers of paint on canvas

I admire him I must admit
I secretly wished he was here
In a human body to caress

But be careful what you wish
His story told that
Poor Mister Gray

I walk past his portrait every day
I stand and praise it close and far
His expression has slightly changed

I run home from school to say Hello
When I greet a empty painting
Some one puts a hand upon my shoulder

Poor little girl
Stares at me from the wall
Her kissable lips in a pout

Forever young
But one the wiser
trapped in frame on a wall

I adore her for the love
but shake my head at her undoing
Poor little girl

Silly little Doll.

This is interesting. Disturbing too. Just how I like poems!
