MY HEART, MY MIND

My heart misses you all the time
My mind thinks about you round the clock
My heart tells me to call you
My mind says 'No'
My heart yearns for your company
My mind thinks it otherwise

My heart wants so much to pull your soft ears
My mind asks - am I really crazy?
My heart wishes to talk you endlessly once again
My mind believes in this silence
My heart wishes to see you smile
My mind now just imagines

My heart is crying my love
My mind is really restless without you
My heart wants to hold you in my arms
My mind wonders if that would be possible ever again
My heart wants you oh so much!
My mind is just clueless

Who do I follow now, my mind or my heart?
You are the only one to guide me correctly my sweetheart
You are in my heart and in my mind
For you are the only one for me
My heart is right or else my mind
All I know, without you I am incomplete

Oh dear Johnny!! Love problems again!! It might be better if you live your life as a monk. I feel that starting each sentence with either My heart of My mind, is too much for a poem. It might be better to vary it a bit. It would be easy to do this and would make the poem much more interesting to follow.
Sorry!

Johnny - this is not poetry.

It's drivel.

Your emotions may be serious and real, but that doesn't mean that splurging your thoughts out on a keyboard has any value.

Get a grip - read others' work and start again.

I just feel I have to be cruel to be kind.
