The Day I bunked off School
By Tish

Hello!
This little poem is about my bunking days (those were horrible days,) and the consequences. Theres a similar poem on the same topic called Hiding in the toilets.
Enjoy!Laughing

The day I bunked off School

2003 was the year
When I bunked my first day off of school
I remember it as clear day
Though the weather was dismal

I bought a travel card and hopped on to a train
and headed out to Liverpool Street station
I visited many places on that day
Including Canary Wharf

I regret that day to this very day
For after that I was never the same
I slid on a downward spiral
And could never get again

For years I experienced much pain
Anger
And lose of ambition
I made a terrible mistake

There is a lesson to be learnt from this story
And it is a simple one
Don't bunk off school
Or regret it for years to come

Then at the LSE I bunked off lectures,

I regret a lot of things, but I don't regret bunking off.
