You are never lonely
By Nance
10 May 2006
Remember you are never lonely.
In early summer, just at noon
You hold the Earth within a pocket,
You have your own stars and moon.

Around you one watches people,
And tries to face, and wants to give.
Official prejudice and smiles
Will knock when you attempt to live.

But through this wind of fragile voices,
Or lovely faces, precious hands,
Or people loving you, and hurting,
You find the one who guards your lands.

He won’t arrive when you are busy,
He will not talk when you’re asleep.
And therefore you’re never lonely,
You have got something high and deep.

Ithought it was a well written poem It rhymed and was well structured and scanned. And the sentiment was honestly expressed.
A little gem

I wrote this poem a day ago when I came back from my amazing journey, from the mountains. I had a romantic mood, and I felt I wasn't lonely. I have wonderful people around me and my only one who is far from me unfortunately so far. It was great to sense all this because a week ago I intended to write a verse about how I am lonely. A nice change, I expect.
Thank you very much.
Hope you're quite fine.

Thank you for your attention.
You're right, absolutely. Nothing can be compared with the trip to the retired place in the middle of the year!
