A Poetic Celebration of a real life event. Women find shopping an emotional experience and this particularly woman was overcome by the Checkout Counter. In her Anne Summers vibrating pants She went looking for supermarket romance It was going ok, she had got round half way when suddenly she started thrashing, they say.
There was commotion in all of the aisles Astonished shoppers burst into smiles. What was causing her gasps and her rants why her Anne Summers vibrating pants.
(next time she thought I'll stick with a thong and an Alice Blue Gown)

I'll tell Auntie Nascent! | Written by Bottleblondesurfer (3291 comments posted) 17th May 2006 | It's many years since I was in Anne Summers I didn't know you could get them. She must have been pessimistic about her chances in the supermarket if she wore the pants as well. It's always a relief to read a poem that rhymes. I remember reading a poet who said "writing blank verse was like playing tennis with the net down" A quick giggle for a wednesday morning BBS

The first verse sounds like a limerick. Very funny and easy to read.
