I think most can relate to having someone overstay their welcome. A friend of ours dropped in one day, and asked my wife if he could stay, Just for a week until he could find somewhere to leave his woes behind. He knew she was a caring soul who wouldn't leave him in a hole, three weeks and he's still here it's time to make our feelings clear. "We took you in when you were low because you had no place to go, when we go out to earn some bread you wont get up out of that bed. Get off your arse and do a bit instead of acting like a twit. You don't clean up or wash a plate your bedrooms in an awful state, walking around with my slippers on, I'd have a drink but my beer's all gone. We've had enough and to make it clear heres your bags - now piss off out of here."

I can definitely relate to this scenario. Well written. Even though I'm not a big poetry fan, I really enjoyed this one. | Written by blue_istari (5 comments posted) 12th October 2006 | Heh I definitely liked this one. Who needs angsty poetry when you can have a bit of humour?! |
