Tree of life
Leaves of happiness
Green of truth
Grass of grace
Field of love
Country of patriotism
World of the unknown

Another great example, brook. 
 
Love the 'World of the unknown', seems to indicate beyond the boundaries of a country lies something else... 
 
This experiment is certainly producing some great results.

Have to say, don’t think this should actually work, but it does and it makes you read it several times. First to enjoy the poem as a poem and second to see the relationships of the word to the one below it.

Hybrid?

I usually like poems to rhyme and scan but I must say I did like this. I think you may have created a new hybrid genre, somewhere between prose and poem, they seem on the face of it simple and straightforward but I have a sneaky suspicion that they are not,there's more there than at first reading,like they are more than the sum of their parts 
less is as ever more
