Looked upon your mirror
Pondered your reflection
But inside you scream
You scream for that perfection
Taking what you believe must be corrected
Wanting to fix and change
Seeing what's wrong
Wondering how strange
How strange it must feel
To be lost
To feel useless
Falling to the floor
Crying in darkness
But in the end you tell yourself
You say you must be strong
You know beauty comes from inside
So you understand and move on
You get up and rise to your feet.
You go back to the mirror
And once again you feel complete
No more tears, No more hatred
Nothing at all
You go on and live your life
No matter if you fall | |
