No trolls allowed
By Evangeline
04 July 2006

In they did stroll
Claiming to have found me by serendipity
Trying to be so droll
While hiding their identity

Please, do not troll
Do not feed the troll

The plan went awry
A community tired of the flaming
Then the outcry
The situation needed taming

Please, do not troll
Do not feed the troll

It needed containing
The situation was out of hand
With little patience remaining
Everyone took a stand

Please, do not troll
Do not feed the troll

:grin You should drop in more often, Evangeline: I miss your poems! 8)

Nobody likes trolls, and the ref. to @flaming@ was understood - personally I think people who actually go out on a limb in order (it would seem!) just to be unpleasant to someone they don't even know must be some extreme form of low-life!

\your poem at least leaves me feeling that there's still SOME hope for the future of Mankind ......... :eek

I enjoyed this piece of writing. It was clever. The only thing is that my missus looks like a troll.. so i'm torn on the feeding thing.

Good piece of writing...Liked the rhythm and the flow, and the inherent cleverness of this poem.
