Butterfly Kiss

In memory of the passion only felt through a first kiss.

Flying through the air,
With nothing in the way.
While aiming for a goal never felt before.
Never searching far, for everything it needs is clear.
Never looking back,
It smells the treasure growing near.
Now inches from the spot,
It knows it's at the top.
Soft, silky, smooth and tender as a pleasant thought.
Heart begins to beat with rhythm,
It sounds just like a clock.
Nearvous sweat begins to fall freely,
Time it seems has stopped.
Now on approach, I do not need a coach.
No thought for this is needed,
My mind is already defeted.
Now only one thing in sight,
No more time for fright.
Leaning in gently, kissing you my flower,
It's time to say goodnight.
