If I love

If I love.

If I love, I may,

Languid as a cat survey the room

Ignore the owner of my affections

Or startle like a deer, my feelings towards my face

And express with twisted muscle all you could

Possibly twist

Within and without me.

I may hold the archetypal heart

And dissect it with a dig into each vein

Though this may cause unexpected pain.

Or like a mother

Pull the arms up and out that

Are bound to hold you

..  When you lift yours

:grin this is great- I said it on the other board- now I'll say it on this one- it worked better as a story though ;) lol I'm just kidding. I like it so much I want to dress it in a clown suit...
