I promised I'd post a better poem of the same issue so here it is. I thought I wouldn't specify so others can apply it to themselves in their own way without knowing what the actual issue the author was writing about is. some things are just too personal things you cannot understand so please do not try do not ask me to give you a chance because I know that it is impossible and I am not looking for sympathy especially not the superficial kind my wounds are mine alone though they are shared by many I do not want your help I want you to be fun to be you and not to bring up my mistakes and just let me feel how I feel for better or for worse do not try to be the one to bring a candle into darkness let the sun shine where it does do not give me advice because I will ask for it if I need it and when my eyes seem far away do not bring me back do not ask me how I am do not feel sorry for me because if you could hear the guitar and the voice of the singer and the flute you would understand that all of this is what the sun brought out and as we know, the Earth revolves and all things under the sun get their fair share of the light
