Never wanted to be what I was not
                             A flea wanting to be an elephant,no
                             Perhaps I am a bean pod colored blue
                             Whatever color your life,that is you
                          

                             Could never deny the glorious morning
                             Others with agenda's ,life gets in the way
                             Peacefull wild flowers in a woodland, picked
                             Soon to die in a vase of unchanged water

                             The continual breeze asks "what rights have you"
                             Birds flying high seeking insects from the night
                             In the melody of flight,oblivious to every day life
                             Looking as they journey,not finding a destination


                             People like ants on a yellow brick road,smiling
                             Seeking communication,lost in a swamp of platitudes
                             Tomorrow is another day and I shall watch the river flow
                              Never wanted to be what I am not
