a fifty five word short story. "Suffer little children to come onto me", he stood quoting the bible. Leering eyes soaked in passion. Hands held aloft in blessing. Clean hands. Clean fingernails, Half moon visible. The night before he scourged his thoughts, disinfected his hands. Patted the boys head, "you can go now" Looked in the mirror. The devil looked back.
