I THOUGHT OF THIS POEM ONE DAY WHEN I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR,ALL MY POEMS ARE TRUE STORIES.
I LOOK IN THE MIRROR WHAT DO I SEE OH MY DEAR I DON’T SEE ME
MY EYES ARE BLEARY AND SLIGHTLY ODD MY HAIR IS STRINGY OH WHERE IS GOD
I SMILE SO SLIGHTLY OH YES ITS ME I SEE MORE CLEARLY SUDDENLY I SEE
A LOVELY SMILE SKIN LIKE DEW NOW I KNOW I HAVNT A CLUE
AM I LOVELY A HEART OF GOLD WHY OH WHY AM I SUDDENLY COLD
NOW IM SIXTEEN OH SO PRETTY THE YEARS HAVE GONE I NEED NO PITY
MY BABE IN ARMS SMILES UP AT ME SHE LOVES ME SHE SEES ME OH DEAR OH DEAR MY EYES CANNOT SEE NOW IM OLDDO YOU SEE ME
I MET MY LOVE IN A CLOUDED BAR AM I TO OLD OH NO SAYS HER
SHE SMILES AT ME WITH LOVE IN HER EYES AND KISSES MY LIPS WITH A HOPE SO WILD
SO DON’T WORRY YOU’RE NEVER TO OLD TO FIND YOUR ETERNITY AND BE SO BOLD
