utopia

a poem about 2 lovers who don't see each other much

Utopia

Locked away from the world,
Hidden from sight.
My lover and I
Hold on tight.

For a few precious hours,
Frozen in time,
I can pretend
That he is mine.

Our Utopia,Eden,
Perfect ,complete.
The moments we share
Nothing can delete.

Entwined in passion,
In rapture devine.
Waves of pleasure sweep over,
Its simply sublime.

It's not just the passion,
It's a meeting of souls.
When I'm with my lover,
Then I feel whole.

Another wonderful poem and something i enjoyed especially because i could relate to it (due to illness i am away from my partner and the momment and i do feel like i am just not 'whole' without him).
Again, well done. I look forward to reading your heartfelt words. :)
well done!
