A Walk to Remember
 ------------------------

Twas a twilight of june, I was walking alone
On the empty streets, I found someone
Now I cant get her out of my mind
I long not to see, nay enjoy being blind.

I want to walk her way
Be dumb, to let her say
Discover the world through her eyes
And feel the hues beaming so nice

The moon going silver in the bleak light
I see the stars gleam never so bright
Writing ballads I never even read
And recite all the words she had said

In the silent lakes, in the hushy streams
Day n night, I find her in my dreams
She flashes across wherever my eyes rove
Someone please tell is this called love?

Say yes, say no it doesn’t matter anymore
Coz she is the sole one I’d ever adore
She and I the perfect twain
Walking together down the narrow lane

Now she is gone, but I keep the walk on
With her memories that I’ve carried on
I cant forget this acadian summer
It has been “a walk to remember”
